What are you Thankful For?

I walked around the high school interviewing students on what they were thankful for. I also sent out a survey to see everyone’s interests and what they were thankful for. Below is a graph of all the responses.

“I am thankful for my wonderful friends and for the new ones I have made, as they are all beautiful, loving people. To whoever’s reading this, Happy Thanksgiving!”

“I’m very thankful for the opportunities I’ve had recently, I’ve been able to meet so many new people who have been pivotal in my life, despite only having known them a short time. I’m also incredibly thankful for my family and friends here in Memphis, we have such an amazing community here and I would never trade that for anything. I’m very thankful to be a part of such a diverse community of people. I’m also very thankful for Physics and Chemistry class, for bumper stickers, and nature which is pretty neat so I guess you could say I’m thankful for neat-ure.”

“Thankful for being given the opportunity to attend Lausanne, because it is a P R I V I L E G E not a R I G H T.”

“I’m thankful for my family for their constant support during college apps!”

“I am thankful for my friends and family. In regards to Lausanne, I am fortunate to be able to receive such a good education and have had the opportunity to form such amazing relationships with my peers and teachers. Being a senior, I will definitely miss this the most and I am so thankful I get the opportunity to spend this last year of high school with some of the most amazing people I have ever met.”

“All that my parents have done to get my brothers and I into Lausanne and all they have done to make sure we have the best lives possible and are well set to make it in the world as adults.”

“One man: Mr. Shaner.”
